
On Saturday 7th August film crews, directors and support staff descended on the car boot sale to film for the ever-popular BBC1 programme 'Car Booty'. The weather was glorious and Farmer Giles dusted off his Box-Brownie to record the event for U-Boot.

who soon shows his reluctance to speak...

and the operator is forced to return to filming the programme...

before taking a well earned rest in the hot sun!
To the disappointment of many, neither Lorne Spicer nor Mark Franks were available for filming on the day, must be a nasty bug going around. The programme is to be aired on BBC1 in October. Didn't we all have fun the day the cameras called.
